Warranty and Refund Policy of Soft Play

Our products are order to make, No Refund after order was proceeded to production!

 

Refund and compensation only available on following conditions:

Warranty: 14 months after soft play equipments were shipped.

New one will be sent, or the cost of damaged / lost one will be refunded.

Above policy available only under the blow terms and conditions.

1.Damage/Lost happens during shipping, when cargoss are dropped, crushed.

  • Count the quantity of packages, take photos and videos when cargos were delivered.
  • Report the problems to the delivery man and do not sign the delivery file.
  • Contact us and send us the envidence of damage/lost during shipping.
  • Solutions: New one will be sent, or the cost of the damaged  one will be refunded.

2.Broken during daily use.

  • Broken because of quality problem, like the structure strength, stitch, zipper.
  • Do not touch the surface by hard things like key, metal chips etc.
  • Clean the equipments and dry them before storage.
  • Store equipments in dry and ventilated enviroment.
  • Equipments designed for children under 6.
