The soft play castle with stair slide and a square ball pit in front. It is ok to only order without ball pit. It is a very interesting castle, the second floor with two doors, one door for rainbow climb up, the other door for slide down, and the first floor with doors at back left right. The castle is wood frame inside with soft foam and eco friendly fabric wrapped, provide safety protection to children at the same time strong and stable for long time use.
The soft play castle can be customized in any color, check the color palette. Also we can custom made castle to different structures. Just provide your idea, we will make the mock up.

FAQ
Warranty and Refund Policy
Warranty: 14 months after soft play equipments were shipped.
New one will be sent, or the cost of damaged / lost one will be refunded.
Above policy available only under the blow terms and conditions.
1.Damage/Lost happens during shipping, when cargoss are dropped, crushed.
- Count the quantity of packages, take photos and videos when cargos were delivered.
- Report the problems to the delivery man and do not sign the delivery file.
- Contact us and send us the envidence of damage/lost during shipping.
- Solutions: New one will be sent, or the cost of the damaged one will be refunded.
2.Broken during daily use.
- Broken because of quality problem, like the structure strength, stitch, zipper.
- Do not touch the surface by hard things like key, metal chips etc.
- Clean the equipments and dry them before storage.
- Store equipments in dry and ventilated enviroment.
- Equipments designed for children under 6.
Discount for soft play
Discount depends on order amount, shipping address and shipping cost.
Discount will be updated on the order after submitting the order.
At least 10% discount for soft play packages.
At least 5% discount for total order amount more than $3000.
At least 10% discount for total order amount more than $5000.

Custom-Made Color and Mock Up for Soft Play
Custom-made color and making mock up for soft play is free. Check the Color Pallete.
We have 24 traditional unique colors, and Hundreds of other colors available.
Contact us to confirm color before/after submitting the order are both ok.
We will contact you to confirm color if not specify the color when submitting the order.
Mock up and 3D rendering for soft play will be made for confirmation of colors.
Shipping Details
Shipping we quoted to door by fast shipping and regular shipping.
All cost included (customs tax, importaiton charges, port charges), not extra cost after receiving the soft play.
Fast shipping by air, takes 5-15 days on shipping. Get tracking soon.
Regular shipping by boat(20-35 days) first, then by Post (Fedex, UPS, a week) or truck(7-14 days) to door. Get tracking after parcels were picked by Post/Truck.
Production time: 7 to 14 days to manufacture, but big order takes more time( approximately 20-30 days)
